Sustainability

Our journey to sustainability is ongoing, and we are continuously learning of new ways we can do our bit.

We are particularly passionate about plastic pollution in our oceans and on our beaches. Both of us have previously worked on (or in) the ocean. With Ladis's background as a Navy turned commercial diver and Jess's career onboard super yachts, sadly, we have been witness to ocean plastic at its worst first hand.

We believe it is so important for our Groms to have eco-conscious figures to look up to so they can continue to look after the planet long after we have gone.

We aim to do this by not only growing our selection of eco styles, crafted from organic cottons but also with donating 1% of our annual sales to the preservation and restoration of the natural environment. whilst remaining active in our local community assisting with various initiatives such as beach cleans and always leaving where we've been with more than we came with.

Sustainability, it's a word that's often thrown around all too readily when it comes to the clothing industry. In our view, it's really not possible to claim to be truly sustainable when producing any new items of clothing. So if you're trying to be properly sustainable, please consider purchasing second-hand or repaired garments instead of brand new.
